Chef Duff Goldman’s Raisin Haystack Cookies

  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky – your call, chef)
  • 12 ounces of crunchy chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup Sun-Maid Golden Raisins
  • ¾ cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts
  • Malt balls
  • Salt
  • Sprinkles

    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Melt the white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together using a double boiler.

    In a large bowl, mix together the melted chocolate, butterscotch and peanut butter until smooth.

    Add chow mein noodles, golden raisins, peanuts and a touch of salt to mixture and stir to coat.

    You can customize this recipe at this point with whatever you want to add!

    Form the mixture into mounds on the prepared pan. Add sprinkles.
