Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together using a double boiler.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted chocolate, butterscotch and peanut butter until smooth.
Add chow mein noodles, golden raisins, peanuts and a touch of salt to mixture and stir to coat.
You can customize this recipe at this point with whatever you want to add!
Form the mixture into mounds on the prepared pan. Add sprinkles.
Chill in the fridge to set before enjoying.
