No-Bake Apple Donuts

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, cut into ½” thick slices
  • 2 cups Water
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seed or Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Toppings

  • ¼ cup Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
  • ¼ cup Rainbow Sprinkles
  • ¼ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup Granola of your choice

Directions

    Using a round or shaped cookie cutter, cut circles out of the middle of each apple slice.

    Mix together water and lemon juice in a medium bowl.

    Soak the apple rings in water and lemon juice mixture for 5-10 minutes.

    Pat dry completely on a paper towel.

    Mix Sun-Maid Raisins and Mini Chocolate Chips together in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Mix Rainbow Sprinkles and Granola together in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Mix together the nut butter and cocoa powder in a small bowl until smooth and well-combined.

    Spread mixture over each apple ring in an even layer.

    Top ½ of the apple rings with the Raisins and Mini Chocolate Chips mixture.

    Top the remaining ½ of the apple rings with the Sprinkles and Granola mixture.

    Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
